Terms and Conditions
By completing this sweepstakes form you have entered into the Energy View 2011 Home Improvement Sweepstakes. You must own your home, be at least 18 years of age, and reside in the Energy View Windows geographic area to qualify. Entries must be completed in their entirety. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Sweepstakes ends December 31, 2011 at midnight. Odds of winning are based on the number of entries. Only one entry per household per event will be entered.
Prize will be awarded in January 2012. Winner will receive a prize of $5,000 worth of Energy View products only, no cash will be rewarded. If winner selects products valued over $5,000 they are responsible to pay the difference. If winner had purchased products from Energy View Windows between January 1, 2011 and December 31, 2011 may elect to receive a cash refund on their purchase up to $5,000.
Employees of Energy View Windows or it's affiliates are not eligible. All federal, state and local regulations apply. In accordance with government regulations Energy View Windows will report the prize and winner to the IRS and will provide a 1099 form to the winner. The winner is responsible for all taxes.
